I am writing from the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy at the Washington State Department of Commerce in response to your email attached below. We recognize sharing your experiences can be very difficult and appreciate your courage in reaching out to us.
You email below states that you have not had resolution regarding the crimes against you. Resolution can look very different to different people harmed by crime. For some it may look like criminal prosecution or civil legal restitution and for others it may be to tell their story and to be believed and supported.
Since this crime occurred many years ago and at least one of the perpetrators of the crime is deceased, the criminal justice system may no longer have the ability to pursue charges for these crimes however, there may be avenues that could be pursued through the civil legal process.
Can you tell me more specifically what resolution means to you?

Can you help me? Thank you for contacting me. I do deserve a trial, because the major perpetrator is deceased does not mean my rights as a victim to a trial are null and void. Also because of the negligence of the justice system i have not been given the opportunity to get my rights reinstated. I want a public trial and i believe this is at the federal level why i need to go back to Oregon where the us military raped me and committed treason on an American citizen is beyond me but i am presently moving slowly in that direction. These are high crimes against our entire society i just happen to be the primary victim. I have a right to a trial, regardless of circumstances and there are a lot of extenuating circumstances.
The treason and high crimes against our society perpetrated on me by a doctor a senator and multiple members of the military should not go unnoticed. I have a right to a trial regardless of the extenuating circumstances. This is a national security issue and many people are involved. I wish to expose the medical community weaknesses in this case and point out the lack of law enforcement, mandatory reporters, and the ab uses in the justice system that have lead me to have my civil liberties violated. This is a national security issue and should be treated as such. The FBI itself have denied me the respect to file a report and prosecute properly. This goes to the highest levels of government as Clinton and Obama himself spoke at the pedophile Byrd funeral. I am not the only one! This cannot go unnoticed i have a right to a trial my rights for a trial have been denied me and i expect that they be reinstated at the federal level why i need to go to Oregon to start legal proceedings of a federal case and why no lawyer will take my case is beyond me. The us military should be dismantled. The united states is in jeopardy and if my rights are not respected no ones else will either !!! you must understand what i have been going through to fully understand my situation i have published national security information on my youtube i am jason meyer from anchorage go look for yourself and learn what i am teaching people. They refuse to listen and through their apathy will come a new world order that will be a orwellian nightmare for all our children in the future. I do not want to see our future doomed. Judges siting on the bench who refuse to uphold the law will be exposed. Every single person who i told and did nothing should be ashamed of themselves for letting down our country and every single human in it. I should receive a presidential apology for how my life and my family, has been ruined by the federal government. I get a trial or you get a nation that lies about civil liberties.
